New Delhi: Addressing the Online Eid Milan program on Sunday, Dr. Indresh Kumar, Patron and Guide of the Muslim Rashtriya Manch (MRM) announced that the MRM will be launching a drive to generate an atmosphere of positivity in the society to defeat the attack of the Chinese Bio-Weapon Covid-19. We will surely win this war against this virus let loose by the Chinese, he said exuding confidence.

This was the second such virtual Eid Milan program organized by the MRM during the corona period. Last year also the MRM celebrated Ramadan Eid in a virtual manner owing to corona protocol. Thousands of MRM activists and admirers participated in this Eid Milan program from all over the country.

The program began with recitation of ‘Tilawat-e-Quran’ by Maulana Irfan Kichhochhavi and ‘Dua’ by MRM National Convener Abu Bakar Naqvi. In his virtual address Dr. Indresh Kumar said that there is a divine coincidence in this year’s Ramadan and Id. Both these festivals are accompanied by various other religious festivities like Varsh Patipada, Navaratri, Vaisakhi, Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti, Good Friday and Easter, Bihu, Akshay Tritiya, Bhagwan Parshuram Jayanti, Ganga Awataran etc.

Dr. Indresh Kumar said that the divine message hidden in this coincidence is that we all should follow our own religion and respect the religions of others. This is the message of this year’s Ramadan and Id, he said.

Corona Pandemic is not just an attack of a virus, but is an attack of the Chinese bio-weapon, Dr.Kumar said and explained that China made this ‘half-dead’ virus in Vuhan’s laboratory and launched its first attack on the ‘White Race Countries’. After causing widespread damage to life and economy in those countries, China directed this bio-weapon against India, he said.

All Indians during the first attack of this bio-weapon exhibited unity and tolerance and celebrated all the religious festivities within their houses. That made us successful in our fight against the Chinese bio-weapon attack and India emerged as world’s number one country under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2020.

But there was this second attack of the Corona and with this the Indian society has to face two more attacks. Dr. Kumar explained that some vested interests tried to create an atmosphere of frustration, negativity and fear to hold the society to ransom; and on the other side, there was an attack of black marketing, hoarding of medicines, oxygen, injections etc. In 2020, the entire society came forward to help and assist the needy, and in 2021 there have been umpteen cases of black marketing, hoarding, etc. he said.

He said that in this pandemic many MRM activists lost their near and dear ones. The entire society seems to be living under the dark shadow of fear and there is total absence of enthusiasm and initiative to serve the society in this hour of crisis. But the MRM workers are doing their duty towards the society at their respective places and helping the needy in whatever way they can. A 24×7 War Room to help corona patients has been working in Vishal Bharat Sansthan in Varanasi, he informed.

With the association of Sewa International and Sewa Bharati, the MRM has donated Oxygen Concentrators to Jamia Milia Islamia University, Jamia Hamdard University, Aligarh Muslim University, Devband Jamia Tibia Hospital, and Positive Kashmir. Besides, medicine distribution to the patients, food to the needy and admitting corona patients to hospitals, etc. are being done by the MRM, he added. In this mission the MRM is assisted by Muslim Mahila Foundation, Anaj Bank and other such organizations. Opportunity to work in association with the Sewa International is the great achievement of MRM in 2021, Dr. Indresh Kumar said.

Tracing the journey of MRM since its foundation in 2002, Dr. Kumar said that the MRM was founded with the initiative of the then RSS Sarsanghchalak the late Sri Sudarshanji, Maulana Wahiduddin Khan, Maulana Jameel Ilyasi and other prominent persons to spread positivity and national outlook among the Muslims of India. In the past 18 years of its journey the MRM conducted programs to generate awareness regarding cow protection by holding ‘cow milk parties during Ramadan, 15000 km Gauraksha Sadbhavana Padayatra, campaign to take the ‘Rehan’ to Muslim houses, Tiranga Yatras to denounce terrorism in the name of religion, creating awareness against Triple Talaq, communal harmony, fund collection from Muslims community for Sri Ram Mandir, contributing to PMCARES Fund, signature drive against Art 370 and 35A, and conducting the campaign ‘Hum Hindustani-Majbut Hindustan’ to create love for nation, patriotism and service to society among the Muslim community.
Through its various cells, the MRM has tried to reach out to the intellectuals, women, students and youth, education and Madarsa modernization, and initiated a meaningful dialogue between the RSS and Indian Muslims, Dr. Kumar said.
The way the MRM has expanded itself since its launching has added to its stature and position in the society, Dr. Kumar said adding that this movement is a divine mission to fulfill and that mission is to bring the Indian Muslims in national mainstream by injecting nationalism and patriotism and to seek their participation in the development of the country.
The proceedings of the program were conducted by MRM National Convener and Vice-President of NCPUL Dr. Shahid Akhtar while National Convener Virag Pachpore proposed the vote of thanks. With the national anthem and ‘Bharat Mata ki Jay’ the program concluded.
