Even when Maharashtra has seen the maximum rise of new Covid cases, ruling coalition members are fighting in the public in Maharashtra.
Congress MLA Zeeshan Siddique accused the Shiv Sena leader and Transport Minister Anil Parab of not letting him work in his constituency.
A vaccination centre was inaugurated in Vandre East constituency. Minister Parab inaugurated the centre in the presence of Shiv Sena leaders and BMC officials. But local MLA Siddique was not invited.
Siddique took to social media to express his grievance. In a tweet, he said it was a breach of protocol. He asked Shiv Sena leader Anil Parab to stop playing politics over vaccines.
He also complained about the incident to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and Congress Legislature Party Leader in Maharashtra Balasaheb Thorat.
Maha Vikas Aghadi government in Maharashtra is a coalition government of Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress.
The height of mismanagement of Covid in the state could be gauged from the fact that leaders of the three parties were giving contradictory statements about vaccination programmes in the state.
