Aam Aadmi Party MLA in Delhi Amanatullah Khan Saturday threatened Hindu priest Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati with beheading.
Khan said he would not just behead him but cut his tongues too.
Dasna Temple head priest had criticised Islam and Prophet Muhammad.
Khan tweeted, “We can not tolerate such disrespect for Prophet Muhammad. This hateful insect must be awarded the most severe punishment by slitting his tongue and neck. But the law of the land does not allow us to do this, we have faith in the Indian constitution, and I want Delhi Police to take note of this.”
This is not the first time when Khan has openly supported Islamists and threatened people with consequences.
The Head Priest had said nobody should be beyond criticism and if we could ask critical questions about Hindu deities, so should we about the Prophet.
But, this statement did not go down well with the Muslim MLA.
