Noah, Follower of ?Nation of Islam?, Attacks US Capitol Premises

In a horrific incident Friday, 25-year-old Noah, a follower of ‘Nation of Islam’, attacked the US Capitol premises. Police officer William Evans lost his life in the attack. Another officer is battling for his life in the hospital.

Noah rammed his car in a police barricade in the Capitol premises. Once the car broke down, he charged towards one of the officers with a knife.

He was shot dead.

The New York Times reported Noah had petitioned authorities to change his name to Noah Zaeem Mohammad.

Nation of Islam, founded in 1930 in the USA, is known “for its teachings combining elements of traditional Islam with Black nationalist ideas”.

Noah social media accounts are heavily loaded with teachings and ideas of Louis Farrakhan and Elijah Muhammad.

Considering the security threat, the authorities have taken down the social media accounts of Noah.

The NYT has written “On March 17, he posted a photo of a donation he had made to the Norfolk, Va., chapter of the Nation of Islam, along with a video of a Farrakhan speech titled “The Divine Destruction of America.”
