Malayalam movie megastar Mohanlal, on Thursday, endorsed the candidature of Metroman E Sreedharan. In a video message, Mohanlal lauded the achievements of Sreedharan and said that his services are still needed to lead the country into the future.
Praising the BJP candidate from the Palakkad Assembly constituency in Kerala, Mohanlal said that it was Sreedharan’s ‘willpower’ that resulted in the rebuilding of the Pamban Bridge that was damaged in the storm in 46 days.
The actor said that at a time when the world thought it was an ímpossible feat’, Sreedharan made the Konkan Railway a reality.
“We still need his services to lead the country on new paths of development and I wish all the best to Sreedharan Sir,” said Mohanlal.
Mohanlal’s endorsement of E Sreedharan will have a huge impact in the polls.
