Four days after the Union Ministry of Home Affairs transferred the Mansukh Hiren murder case to the National Investigation Agency, the Maharashtra ATS has not handed over the case files to the agency.

The NIA moved the special NIA court for getting the files.

The ATS, on the contrary, called a press conference and announced they had solved the Mansukh Hiren murder case. But the ATS head did not take any question from the press.

Mansukh Hiren, a businessman, was found murdered in a creek. His vehicle, with gelatin sticks inside it, was found parked outside Mukesh Ambani’s residence in Mumbai.

Hiren’s wife accused Sachin Waze, a Mumbai Police official, of murdering him.

The case was being investigated by the Maharashtra ATS. But, four days back the Union Ministry of Home Affairs transferred the case to the NIA. The Agency is already investigating the Ambani Bomb Scare case.
