1. To act as Profit Centre Head with over all control of the Bureau Office be it News, circulation, revenue generation and Administration. 2. primary responsibility of getting news coverage of the region; Idea generation 3. lead and inspire the Advt. Sales and Circulation Executives ; 4. Generate, share and execute story ideas on weekly basis; 5. Generate daily news feeds from the stringers; 6. Realising revenue goals in coordination with the Advertisement Sales Manager at Head Office 7. Lead & Execute circulation objectives and brand building of the magazine in the region 8. Identifying new writers and columnists with specialist domain to enrich the content 9. Finalise the stories of the region in time with relvant value edition 10. Plan some events.
