Malappuram: Ilyas sexually assaults 5-year-old girl after offering her sweets

In a shocking incident which happened in Malappuram in Kerala, a 5-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by Ilyas (40) after calling her to his home offering sweets

In a shocking incident which happened in Malappuram in Kerala, a 5-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by Ilyas (40) after calling her to his home offering sweets. The girl, who was playing near Ilyas’s house, was sexually assaulted inside his home. Later, he threatened her not to reveal this incident to anyone else. While returning to her home after the assault, the girl fell down from her cycle and got injured. After reaching home, the girl told her mother about the incident and with the help of neighbours Ilyas was handed over to the police.
