Mera Gaon, Mera Tirtha for Rural Tranformation, Bhau Saheb Bhuskute Smriti Lok Nyas, water conservation , Bhau sahib Bhuskute Trust

Bhopal: Bhau Saheb Bhuskute Smriti Lok Nyas is running ‘Mera Gaon, Mera Tirtha Abhiyan’ campaign for water conservation. Under this, sand bags were placed at nine places on the arterial river in the Bankheri area. Many farmers have benefitted from this. People associated with the trust said 44 people put up bunds by piling sand bags in nine places in a week. Activists said they will not only conserve water but provide water for farmers for cultivation.
 
‘Mera Gaon, Mera Tirtha Village Development Committees of Kamati and Kharsali did the job of setting up a bridge near the arterial river of Kamati village. Bandhan will now conserve water.
 
Bhau sahib Bhuskute Trust makes various efforts every year for water conservation, nature conservation, the main task of which is piling of bags.
 
Members associated with the Mera Gaon Mera Tirtha Project encourage the villagers, farmers and youths to conserve water. Only after this, along with the villagers and the youth themselves come forward and do shramdaan. In the last two months, sand bags piling work has been done by these youths in many places.
