
Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday (August 2) tested positive for COVID-19 coronavirus infection and has been admitted to Medanta hospital in Gurugram. He requested all those who have come in contact with him in the last few days to get themselves tested for coronavirus.
Amit Shah took to Twitter to inform about his infection. He tweeted “On getting the initial symptoms of Coronavirus, I got the test done, and the report came positive. My health is fine, but I am being admitted to the hospital on the advice of doctors. I request that all of you who have come in contact with me in the last few days, please isolate yourself and get your Corona test done”.
Amit Shah has been leading India’s fight against the novel coronavirus and played an important role in combating the deadly virus.
