RSS Sahpranth Karyavah M Radhakrishnan goes for legal action against Devaswom Minister and CPM leader Katakampilli Surendran. Senior lawyer K Ramkumar has sent the legal notice to the Minister on behalf of the RSS leader. Surendran stated false details which do defame RSS. He played an audio CD claiming that it was the call of an RSS leader to unleash riots. Surendran added that it was well known RSS leaders who filed the petition for the Sabarimala temple entry of the young women. Minster had also alleged that BJP leader Adv PS Sreedharan Pillai was hiding this. But, when the CD was played it was the speech of a district leader of Antharashtra Hindu Parishad (AHP).
AHP usually keeps on opposing RSS and PM Narendra Modi. Minister knows it; still, the minister made defamatory remarks against RSS, says the lawyer’s notice sent to him. Otherwise, case will be registered and Rs 5 cr will have to be paid.
