In an another act of appeasment, the LDF Government decides to save Madani from the case of conspiracy to kill senior RSS pracharak  Shri P Parameshwaran

It is obvious that LDF, CPM and CM Pinarayi Vijayan are ready to work overtime to save Abdul Nasser Madani, an accused in the 2008 Bengaluru blast case. Recently it was exposed and it even invited the wrath of the apex court of the country when the Government of Kerala expressed its willingness to pick up the tab for the security expenses for Abdul Nasser Madani’s visit to Kerala for attending his son’s wedding. He is living in Bengaluru on parole where he has been jailed in connection with the infamous Bengaluru blast case. Now, media reports expose the attempt of Kerala Home Ministry to save Madani from the case in connection with the conspiracy to kill senior RSS pracharak and Bharatiya Vichara Kendra director Shri P Parameshwaran.
Investigation officer has sought the permission of the Kerala High Court to put an end to the investigation as the pertaining documents are missing. The documents containing the statements that Abdul Nasser Madani had given “quotation” (engage a goon to manhandle, injure or kill someone) to someone to assassinate Shri Parameshwaran are reported to be missing from the Home Ministry. There are allegations that Home Ministry presided by CM Pinarayi Vijayan is in the process of concluding the investigation under the pretext of lack of decisive evidence. These pieces of evidence are connected to Marad mass massacre of May 2, 2003.

Communists Insult Culture

In Panoor near the CPM’s killing fields of Thalassery in Kannur District, the CPM men tied Rakhi in the legs and neck of a stray dog. Reason simple, in Kerala RSS has been popularising Rakshabandhan for the last seven decades. The incident took place after Melet Kunnothparambu Sakha of RSS celebrated the Rakshabandhan in the area. It denotes the desperation CPM is in. RSS’s Rakshabandhan was so good a function that even the family members of several prominent CPM men participated in it. It proves that CPM will go to any worst sort of extent if they are desperate and jealous with RSS. For the last couple of years CPM’s youth wing DYFI  have been celebrating “Secular Rakshabandhan” in their party villages. Last year, they tried to celebrate Janmashtami Shobhayatra and invited the wrath of the entire Kerala community for presenting a tableau of Sree Narayana Gurdev in crucified manner. One thing is sure, CPM is desperate.

In 1998, Kozhikode natives Ashraf and Mohammed had given statements to the then Kozhikkode Circle Inspector of Police A V George that PDP leader Abdul Nasser Madani had given them “quotation” to kill senior RSS leader Shri P Parameshwaran. These pieces of information were submitted before Marad Enquiry Commission as an annexure to Marad case documents. But, now they are “missing.” It proves that administration and state police have devised a safe way out for Madani from this case.
Ashraf”s statement that Madani had given him the referenced
quotation and Mohammed’s  statement that Ashraf had told him about it were shocking revelations to the people those days. TG Mohandas, renowned political observer and Intellectual Cell Convener of Kerala BJP had approached the High Court against the endeavours to destroy the evidence and sabotage the case. The Crime Branch sought 6 months to retrieve the documents, but nothing has happened even after one and half years.
Observers see this latest episode, after the Kerala government’s expression of readiness to bear the security expenses when Madani comes to Kerala, as a cheap vote bank politics at the cost of the interests of the nation and religious harmony. Madani is in Bengaluru jail in connection with the infamous Bengaluru blast case.
