Intro: The views of Sajjad Lone on RSS have more significance than just being a dauntless opinion. It also shows the presence of nationalist forces in the Valley, which has been deliberately ignored by the Left-maintained media.

“RSS was here much before. They have every right to come here if people accept them. What is the problem? It takes ages to make inroads. It’s all propaganda”, answered Sajjad Ghani Lone to the question whether PDP-BJP coalition helped RSS to make inroads in Kashmir.
“I would never raise Pakistani flags”, said Sajjad Lone, son of Abdul Ghani Lone and the chairman of J&K People’s Conference Party. while reacting on the acts of raising Pakistani flags in the Valley. “Even when I was a separatist I never did it. I would never address a rally if a Pakistani flag would be unfurled. Honestly, if someone wants to raise the flag and is so much in love with Pakistan, my suggestion for him would be to go there and help them”, opined Sajjad Lone.
Sajjad Lone’s party has won two seats in the State Assembly and he himself is an MLA from Handwara constituency of Baramulla District. Former separatist of Valley now  has the responsibility of Animal and Sheep Husbandry Ministry along with the Science and Technology Department.
The above said Lines have been taken from Sajjad Lone’s interview which was published last week in an English daily of the country. Apart from clearing misconceptions, the lines of the interview give satisfaction to those who worked hard to remove separatist blot from Valley. Lone’s views are widespread in the Kashmiri society; separatism sees end of tunnel.
No price for guessing uncomfortable sections of Valley centric politicians and separatists who termed Sajjad Lone as RSS agent or Indian Agent. Well! It’s prideful to be agent of motherland, of peace and prosperity. All the problems that Kashmir faces are fabricated by Pakistani agents who live on Indian soil of Kashmir Valley. These are Pakistani agents who have misguided the youths of the Valley at the expense of their invaluable lives.
Sajjad is absolutely right while saying “RSS was here (in the Valley) much before”. There are numerous legends of volunteers of RSS who have made supreme sacrifice while fighting Pakistani invaders in 1947. Scores of RSS volunteers have martyred saving Srinagar from Pakistani looters. Hundreds of RSS volunteers have fought along with Maharaja Hari Singh’s Army in Mirpur. Maharaja himself has praised the work of RSS. On the request of Sardar Patel, Second Sarsanghachalak of RSS, Shri Guru Ji, met Maharaja Hari Singh which had fast tracked the process of accession of Jammu & Kashmir. All this was much before BJP or PDP were even born. The memory of the service of thousands of volunteers during the last year’s flood should have been afresh in the mind of journalist asking such kind of questions as it was also before BJP and PDP coalition came into existence.
Above all, the views of Sajjad Lone on RSS have more significance than just being a dauntless opinion. It also shows the presence of nationalist forces in the Valley, which has been deliberately ignored by the Left-maintained media. This is manifestation of the fact that people across the country have better understanding of RSS irrespective of decades long mendacious propagandas.
