There are some people who say that disillusionment would set in the public if good governance as promised by Modi government is not visible in the coming days. I do not agree with this. We should appreciate that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has rectified a lot of damage done by the previous Congress regime. It took a lot of time and patience to clear the cobwebs left behind the previous corrupt regime and then start a new course of action. Not only has Shri Modi restored faith among the investors but has also controlled inflation, improved diplomatic and trade relations with many countries. In fact he has ensured that the BJP would soon take Bharat to the path of rapid development benefitting each and every section of the society. Let us not forget that Congress is in disarray because of Modi. We need to keep patience and allow Shri Modi to bring about changes rather than create hurdles by listening to rumour mongers.

Tainted Reports
This refers to the outrage in the Parliament over the alleged homecoming of converted Muslims back to Hinduism. According to some tainted reports, Bajrang Dal activist have converted some Muslims families to Hinduism in Agra by force. Infact the Samajwadi Party has even demanded a probe. The point is : Have these parties ever questioned the forceful conversion of the Hindus to Christianity or Islam? For these so-called secularists, baiting the Hindu community has become a high article of faith. Besides for them, conversion of the Hindus to other faiths is secular but the homecoming of certain section of the society back to Hinduism is communal and hence objectionable.

Promoters of bhasmasurs
Pakistan’s political establishment has committed many mistakes in the past and this trend is continuing unabated. Pakistan has nurtured and promoted many bhasmasurs who are destroying now even Pakistan, whereas these outfits were created to destabilise India. Now it is time for the Pakistan to wake up, else the damage would be incalculable. Pakistan should have acted much earlier. It appears that Pakistan’s political establishment is not serious about home-bred terror groups. The situation prevailing there could impair peace in the entire Indian sub-continent. India needs to be more vigilant. The recent arrest of an Islamic State sympathiser who operated a Twitter handle in the terror group’s support , shows that there are dangerous elements flourishing in the country. Even that arrest came after a foreign channel exposed the sympathiser.

Scramble of Sub-regionalism
(Organiser, 11.1.2015 ); Shri Arvind has discussed the issue of regional discrimination against Jammu region in the article titled ‘Scramble of Sub-regionalism’ in Organiser. It is worth noting that 53 lakh Muslims of Kashmir Valley have 46 Assembly and 3 Lok Sabha seats , whereas 69 lakh people of Jammu have only 37 and 2 seats only. This allotment of seats must be reversed. Jammu must get at least 58 Assembly and 4 Lok Sabha seats, and Kashmir Valley 25 and 1 Lok Sabha seat. Out of 25 seats for Kashmir, at least 5 must be reversed for the Kashmiri Pundits, so that they have a say in the affairs of their home State . If Kashmir Valley could get seats out of proportion for all these years , why Jammu should not be compensated by giving more than their share? This would also strengthen nationalists in J & K . In fact , this entire J & K problem is the creation of Gandhi, Nehru, Patel and Congress leaders , who have been acting as agents of Pakistan and Muslims. Real danger to India is not from Pakistan and China, but from the Congress Party. Our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given a very good slogan of ‘Congress mukta Bharat’ . Lastly it may be added that extra seats for Jammu should be allocated to Hindu dominated constituencies only, and one Lok Sabha seat out of the four reserved for Jammu be given to the Kashmiri Pundits.
