 Religious fanaticism destructs cultural  heritage

(Organiser, 20.4.2014 ) This refers to ‘Religious fanaticism destructs cultural heritage’ by Smirit Kahlon in Organiser. The nice words by Mr Jinnah, that “You are free to go to your temple”, as quoted in the write-up were uttered on August 11, 1947, when Muslims in Pakistan were engaged in large scale slaughter and looting of the Hindus and Sikhs with full support of Jinnah, his civil administration and also military. Jinnah was very intelligent and faithful to the Muslims. He wanted that Hindus and Sikhs should be liquidated from Pakistan, but Muslims from India should not go to Pakistan and create refugee problem. Gandhi, Nehru and Congress leaders were stupid and treacherous to the Hindus. They fully co-operated with Jinnah for the success of this conspiracy. Today, practically all the Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains have been finished in Pakistan and Bangladesh, and have been reduced from 25 per cent and 30 per cent to around one per cent and seven per cent respectively.

Sonia’s obeisance to Shahi Imam

The Congress Chairperson Sonia Gandhi’s obeisance to the Shahi Imam has emboldened the Muslim leaders of various political parties to make blatantly communal statements and remarks, which have not left even the nation’s Armed Forces untouched. Such fictitious and inflammatory statements and comments need to be curbed with an iron hand by the Election Commission for the sake of communal harmony and a free mindset of the electorate during the polls.

Non-Muslims in the country must not be allowed to feel that Muslims can still be manipulated to vote en bloc for some particular party which hopes to win by hook or by crook. Such a scenario can do great damage to democracy by undermining the prospects of the most virtuous and law-abiding candidates on the fray.

Unreeling   the reality of Lord Ram

(Organiser, 13.4,2014 ); It was really interesting to read the article by Shri Ashok Kumar Mittal, ‘Unreeling the reality of Lord Ram' in Organiser. Our so-called secular government has a knack of hurting Hindu sentiments deliberately. They are obssessed with the word Hindu and bristle with anxiety and fear and more so now because of the outcome of the 2014 elections. The secular policy whatever that means for the present government is bent upon treating the Hindus as minority community and second class citizens. The Government of India’s multi-million Sethusamudram shipping canal project came under a lot of criticism because from the acological and environmental angle it would prove to be a disaster. Marine wealth will be affected, increased risk of tsumanis and an easy access to the terrorist. Proper scientific studies have been undertaken and it is suicidal from all angles to carry out this project. It is interesting to note that Tourism Department in SriLankan Government actually planned  a religious tour to Sethubandhana calling  it as Ramayana trail to celebrate the story of Sri Ram. Western reports and interpretations are not for us to believe for we Hindus consider Valmiki’s venerable epic Ramayana giving in detail the birth of Sri Ram.

Remove Corruption : The  Chinese  way

Numerous leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal,  Manmohan Singh and so on have been  stridently talking  to eliminate corruption. Yet, corruption  thrives. Maybe  we can  make it  disappear by following  the Communist Chinese way.  China’s leader  Xi Jinping vowd to eliminate  corruption . So he is  stamping out the spreading  anti-corruption movement by putting half a dozen anti-corruption  activists on trial and calling them as disturbers of  public order and so  sentencing them for 4 years imprisonment.  Maybe  the super intelligent legal brains like  P. Chidambaram and Kapil Sibal can visit Peoples  Republic of China with comrades  Prakash Karat and Sitaram Yechuri  in company, study the Chinese way of  removing corruption from public  discourse and implement it in India.
