Congrats Organiser

Congrats to Organiser for the following welcome changes in the weekly:

-Change to magazine size in keeping with the times

-More strees on  awakening and constructive positive outlook

-Earmarking page for kids. This page is informative, educative and entertaing too

-Brief, meaningful and relevant articles

-Reserving columns for spirtual and cultural topics. Please restart ‘Bookmark’ column. At least one new book should be introduced to the readers every week

-Similarly, one or two penetrative cartoons should form a part of evey issue

I think Organiser is the only English weekly in  the country journeying beyond 65 years. I have no doubt it will remain evergreen and run beyond 100 years  for the cause of mother India.

?Hindu girls in danger in B’desh

(Organiser, 20. 4. 2014); In the article titled ‘Hindu girls in danger in B’desh’ in Organiser, Nishant Kumar has written that, “It’s  now India’s responsibility to take legal action to save Hindu girls in Bangladesh and other countries from torture and harassment, as Bangladesh government is silent on this issue, which is a sign of covert support for perpetration.” I must add that it is futile to expect any help from anti-Hindu secular India. The fact is that Hindus in their own homeland i.e. India are victims of Muslim cruelties.  Unless India becomes constitutionally homeland for the Hindus and non-Muslims, just as Pakistan and Bangladesh are homelands for the Muslims no body can help Hindus and their girls in Bangladesh  and Pakistan.

Don’t cheat voters

All political parties race to woo the support of voters in the run-up to the Lok Sabha elections, they are cooking up new slogans and metaphors. It is sad to think that even after 67 years of Independence  our politicians believe such symbols, by themselves, will make voter swing  this or that way. They fail to realise that voters have become  much less susceptible to such gimmickry. Political parties should understand that it is their performance in the last five years that matters, not what they promise in the  last few months before the election.

Priyanka Gandhi: What a downfall

Priyanka Gandhi great granddaughter of the world famous leader Jawaharlal Nehru should have been married to some famous and noble person of India, but it is astonishing why she chose such a person like Robert Vadra. The only reason is that he is a Christian. It is very unfortunate that she has no love left for Hindus and Indian culture. Priyanka should have asked her Christian husband Robert Vadra to return back thousands acres of land of poor farmers purchased at throw away prices instead of supporting him in corruption of more than 300 crore. It is a shame for Gandhi family. Robert Vadra should also be a man of principle. But according to a newspaper report he tortured mentally his father and brother who both had to ultimately indulge in suicide. Robert is not an educated man, he is only a matriculate hut very very lucky indeed.

Uphold law

The Supreme  Court’s observation that fatwas issued by Muslim clerics have no basis in law and that it would come to the rescue of any citizen who felt harassed by them is welcome. Religious bodies and extrajudicial social groupings such as khaps have been known to resort to violence, ostracism and other illegal acts to impose their diktats. It’s time political parties spoke out strongly against such illegal social decrees.
