Sarsanghachalak inaugurates Dharmasooya Mahayajna

Our
country needs a change, said RSS Sarsanghachalak Mohan Bhagwat while speaking at the inauguration of Dharmasooya Mahayajna led by Swami Thathathan of Thapovarisht-ashramam in Vandithaavalam in Palakkat district of Kerala. He said that to achieve this goal one has to do karma with selfless mind. It will bring purity of the mind, unity of mind and prosperity of mind, body and everything.

Sarsanghachalak started the address by chanting the Sankalp Jagna in Sanskrit. He said that those who have come to participate in this type of function are doing a great sadhana. And it is also true that those who are not participating but experiencing it from far away places will also get the punya of yajna.

Yajna always gives purity and prosperity. A person who is even accidently connected with it gets blessed. That is the tradition of Bharat. For all these yajnas we need to do hard work. It is the real process. But it is also true that mere process will not make the change. For that we have to apply our mind in it. For example a cycle wheel can also rotate even by the touch of a breeze; but to move that cycle somebody should do the pedalling. A light wind can rotate the ceiling fan but it needs electric power to give wind to the user. Likewise for every noble process pure selfless mind should be applied Shri Bhagwat emphasised. For that unityis a must.

Unity is our tradition. It depends on truth. The Bharatiyas who are Hindu dharma followers shouldstrictly practise truth. Truth should be practised in our daily life. We can change the whole world by practising it. Truth with Dharma is the tradition of Bharat. Dharma always says that Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah: Here there is no place for competition but all are complimentary and contributory to each other. This is so because every creature in this world has onesoul or aatma. That is, we should realise that the God’s Viswaroopa is a part of every single particle andmoleculeof thisnature. We call it Chetana Satya—i.e., ‘The Living Reality’. We should aspire for that punya and should give it to others. For a total change in the society a change of our self is necessary. For that we have to chant together Sangachadhwam Samvada-dwam Shri Bhagwat said.

A Jayakumar, Secretary General of Vigyan Bharati, welcomed the chief guests. RSS Sahasar-karyavah KC Kannan, RSS Akhil Bharatiya Karyakari Sadasya S Sethumadhavan, Kshetriya Pracharak Sathanu-maalyan, Kerala Prant Sanghchalak PEB Menon and former ISRO Chairman Dr G. Madhavan Nair were also present on the occasion. Representatives from 58 foreign countries participated in the yajna.
