Where these UP riots not directly or indirectly sponsored by the rulers of the State due to their biased politics. Notably, the criminal culture of dragging the girls, eloping and molesting them on grounds of religion that spark the communal flare-up seem to be well planned strategy or some type of jihad to destabilise India needs to be analysed.
