Sri Sri Ravishankar and Pejawar Swamy Sri Vishvesh Teertha bless Samskrit Bharati
Sri Sri Ravishankar had to leave to Punjab for a Valmiki birthday function. Therefore, he blessed the function through a video clipping. He welcomed the representatives from all the provinces and said serving Samskrit will lead to wel being of not only Bharat but also of the world. He threw open all the facilities available in the Ashram for making the convention a grand success.
Dr Mallepuram Venkatesh, Bangalore Samskrit University Vice Chancellor, Advocate Naganand, President of the Reception Committee also shared the dais. National president of Sanskrit Bharati Prof Chandkiran Salooja presided over the function.
Speaking at a panel discussion former Union Minister Dr Subramanian Swamy said Sanskrit should be the national language of Bharat. Dr Bahirappa, an eminent Kannada writer with many awards to his name and Shri Chamu
Krishna Shastry also spoke on the occasion.
