undefined(Organiser, 29.9.2013); This  refers to the editorial ‘Secular fanaticism leads to communal riots’, ‘Special Report’ and ‘News Analysis’ about  love jihad and  ‘Appeasement of Muslims by Mulayam’ in Organiser dated 22.9.2013. The fact is that mischief was started by a Muslim, who used to harass a Hindu girl. When two brothers of the Hindu girl went to settle the issue, instead of offering an apology, the Muslims again quarrelled, resulting  in brutal slaughter of the two brothers of  the girl. This resulted in riots. The media and the anti-Hindu political parties are blaming BJP and VHP, although the mischief was done and started by Muslims. Real problem is that Muslims consider it their birth right  to do wrongs against the Hindus. This is what they are taught from their childhood. It was Muslims who attacked Hindus  when they were returning from Mahapanchayat. All this is happening  in truncated India, which was meant to be a homeland of Hindus, Sikhs, Jains  and Buddhists. As Muslims had created  their separate homeland of Pakistan in 1947, with full support of these Muslims now illegally living in India as they had voted for Pakistan in 1945-46 elections. In this connection I would like to quote a resolution passed on June 14, 1947, by the joint meeting of Panthic Assembly Party, Working Committee of Shiromani Akali Dal and Panthic Pratinidhi Board, that “This conference apprehends that in the absence of provision of transfer of population and property, the very purpose of Partition would be defeated.” (See page-108 document-61, of  Partition of Punjab—1947, Edited by Dr Kirpal Singh, Published by National Book Shop, Delhi). Gandhi, Nehru, Sardar Patel and Congress leaders cheated and betrayed India, by persuading these Muslims to live in truncated India, although Muslims had liquidated entire Hindus and Sikhs from Pakistan in 1947. Exchange of  population is  the only lasting solution.

Bad Practice It is totally wrong and contrary to the basic concept of secularism to divide the people of this country into minority and majority. It is also  bad in law. Since India i.e.  Mera Bharat Mahan is not at all a theocratic state like  that of Christians and Islamic countries in the globe, hence the question of calling minority and majority does not arise. If India is declared as  theocratic state only then  it would be appropriate to  classify  people as minority and majority.  If Congress Party is  under presumption that Muslim community alone is in minority it is absolutely wrong. Since its population surpassed 18 crore in a secular India. Infact Parsi  community is coming under the purview of  minority scale (Status). I fail to understand why legal, constitutional and political parties are silent on such a debatable issue. Even after lapse of 67 years  of Independence such bad practice is in  progress.

The true picture of secularism The so-called ‘Secularists’ always preach about their secularism before Hindus only, who are secular by nature. So they never oppose or react against it. The so-called secularists have no courage to preach their secularism before the Muslims in general. If by chance,  they try to do it, they will forget the  real definition of  their secularism for ever. Digvijay Singh of Congress recently defined secularism                as nothing but Sarvadharmasambhav, which already exists in Hindu blood as a rule whereas it exists in Muslims and Christians as an exception. Because they believe that only those, who have  full faith and respect  for their scripture and Prophet are  only their true brethren and rest of all are pagans. So they need altogether different  treatment. The so-called ‘secularist’ proclaim loudly about their secularism but are very cautious to even utter  a single word about patriotism  or nationalism. There is no emphasis for that in educational curriculum also in our country. The result is before us. If  secularism is afraid  of patriotism and nationalism, such secularism should  be  completely erased. The secularists call the Hindu nationalist as the enemy of the country.  But the fact is that they themselves are the true enemies of the country by denying the fruits of patriotism and nationalism to certain section of the people of our country.

Public reaction against love jehad (Organiser, 22.9.2013);  This  is  with reference the article ‘Public reaction against love jehad’ in Organiser.  It is true that the Muslim youths are indulging in love affairs with the Hindu girls in India which is causing communal backlash. In fact love  is a two way affairs but if it occurs in youths (male and female) of different faiths or castes it creates trouble. In other countries it is a normal affair, but in India, it is still an offensive matter. Except in Bollywood, societies generally do not accept the trend leading to interfaith/caste marriages. No community allows or encourages their youths and Islam abhors the trend yet some sporadic cases flare up and communal peace is disturbed and the whole community is punished for a single instance. Females of societies  where the dowry system is prevalent generally seek alliance with youths who do not prefer dowry and since Islam prohibited dowry as an evil (like bribe or booty) hence Hindu girls fell occasionally in  these traps.

A fan of RSS Although I am a great fan of RSS and VHP I was not aware  about their worldwide programmes.I think lawyers  should play a vital role in this noble cause of  uniting and strengthening Hindu society. Being a young and fresh lawyer, I’m searching for  a  company of good lawyers who holds the views that of a pracharak and subscribes the Sangh ideology. It is too tough to work with Leftists and anti-India/anti-Hindus forces. We  can achieve whatever we want under the leadership and guidance of Dr. Togadia and other like minded people. It reminds me a famous quote of a famous thinker: “Whatever mind can conceive, it can achieve.”
