REACTING strongly over the demolition of more than 100 year-old Sri Ram temple in Pakistan recently along with over 40 houses of Hindus around it, working president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Dr Pravin Togadia termed it as ‘the same Babur mentality, which gets them demolish Hindu temples’. He urged the Government of India to immediately sever all relations with Pakistan and prevail on it to rebuild all the demolished temples.

“Injustice to Hindus in Pakistan has reached to its utmost levels now. Hindus there are vulnerable, whereas Muslims in Bharat are being wooed and helped by Indian Government for votes. Only hanging Kasab is not enough, the terror that Pakistan has been forcing on to Hindus should also be strictly handled by the Government. Hindus in Bharat and in the world have been extremely upset about these atrocities. Peace and good relations are not the responsibility only of Hindus in Bharat when the fellow Hindus are being brutalised in Pakistan. Both the Governments need to understand it. The judiciaries that take suo motto notes of complaints of Muslims in Bharat should also need to open their eyes to such blatant terror to Hindus in Pakistan,” he said in a statement issued in Ahmedabad on December 3.
