THIRTY people belonging to eight Christian families returned home in Mumbai on June 26. The home coming ceremony was organised at Wageshwari Devi Temple, Goregaon by Mumbai unit of the VHP. Everyone who returned home has his own story to tell of fraud and deception. Cabral now Kannan Swami narrated his pathetic tale who was converted to Christianity around 12 years back by New Life fellowship church. He converted as his wife was unable to bear child and Pastor Immanuel promised him that his wife will conceive if he brings his belief in Jesus Christ which he did. But still after conversion his wife could not conceive and finally he adopted a girl child.
