RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat appreciated the efforts of meritorious students during his visit to Chennai recently. He was in the city to participate in Dwiteeya Varsha Sangh Shiksha Varga held at Vyasarpadi. Sushri Sandhya, a student of Vivekananda Educational Society, affiliated to Vidya Bharati, scored highest marks in Tamil Nadu i.e. 1191/1200 marks in her Plus Two Board Examinations conducted recently in March 2011. She took Sanskrit as her language paper. According to the State Government policy, Rekha, a student from Vijay Vidyalaya, Hosur scored 1190/1200 marks and has been declared as ‘State First’ as she took Tamil as her language paper.
