THE 45th National Governing Board meeting of the Bharat Vikas Parishad was organised in Moradabad from February 5 to 6. Delegates from 24 states participated in the meeting. The meeting was inaugurated by Kalki Peethadhishwar and president of the Akhil Bharatiya Sant Samiti Acharya Pramod Krishnam. He said cultural pollution is poisoning the thinking of people and stressed the need to take effective step to arrest it. Speaking on the occasion Shri Ashish Gautam of the Divya Prem Sewa Mission, Haridwar, lauded the work done by the Bharat Vikas Parishad and said its activities are close to the soul of the nation. He cautioned the audience of the threat that the western culture has posed to Indian way of life. General secretary of the Parishad Shri SK Wadhva presented the annual report while national president Shri RP Sharma apprised the workers of the activities to be conducted in current year. (FOC)
