Sanskrit group song competition by Bharat Vikas Parishad

BHARAT Vikas Parishad (BVP) organised national folk song and Sanskrit group song competition at Rishikul Vidyapeeth, Sonepat, in Haryana from November 27 to 28. The team of Rajasthan achieved first position, while the teams of Tamil Nadu and Punjab stood second and third respectively. Deputy Commissioner Shri Ajit Joshi felicitated the winners. A total of 41 teams from different parts of the country had participated in the competition. Shri Joshi lauded the efforts of the BVP and said this kind of activity is must to preserve and promote the Sanskrit and traditional culture. Working president of the Parishad Shri Ishwardutt Ojha also spoke on the occasion. (FOC)
