Life has become a complicated business that people look for guidance to manage every aspect of daily life. There is a premium on ‘managing’ one’s business, fiancés, relationships and personal issues today. While experts advise us on hardcore issues of business management, JP Vaswani teaches life management skills which are something more vital and innate than profit or loss, success or failure, productivity or inefficiency, competition or takeover. He advises us on how to online achieve inner peace and harmony to make life more meaningful.

Health management is very important for physical, mental, social, spiritual and emotional well-being of man. The author advises to remain happy, take nutritious food, keep emotions under control, do pranayam as part of oxygen therapy, live surrounded by nature, change our lifestyle keeping it well regimented, resort to exercise therapy, disciplined life, meditation, soul therapy and laughter exercise.

Time management is the art of arranging, organising, scheduling and budgeting our time for the purpose of generating more efficient work and increasing productivity.

Soul management entails practicing silence for a short time, becoming aware of our breath, discovering the value of mantras and meditation, cultivating the spirit of service and learning the value of acceptance.

Vaswani concludes by saying that life is wonderful and if it is not, then we should try to change it for the better and this will change our whole environment and thinking. -Ashish Joshi
