National Executive Council meeting of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) will meet in Raipur from May 27-30. The meeting is important in the wake of ABVP’s completion of 60 years. The survey report on unfair practices in unaided professional colleges will be placed before the NEC. The ABVP will also come up with suggestions on recent apex court decisions on ragging. ABVP may also demand measures to curb unemployment due to menace created by economic slowdown. The ABVP will also ask the new Central Government for taking concrete initiatives to bring back the black money from Swiss banks. All senior ABVP leaders will attend the meeting.
