Most organisations and workplaces are physically efficient and do attend to the emotional and social needs of their employees to some degree. But how many have turned to tapping the human spirit? This book tries to present a business and moral case for the importance of spirituality at the workplace.

Therefore, an environment should be created at the workplace where people talk about it and this should be looked at and capitalised on. Thus spirituality at the workplace entails focus on the quality of life for employees, quality of output and efficiency of processes. There has to be greater focus on the personal and spiritual connectedness between an organisation and the employer'sgoals.

This book provides an effective overview of how to institute and nurture spirituality at the workplace.
