Commenting on UPA government'sthird affidavit filed in Supreme Court claiming that Sri Ram himself broke the Ram Sethu, which he had built, VHP general secretary Dr Pravin Togadia said the government is repeating the lies and contradicting its own statements. ?Government first says there is no Ram, then says no Ram Sethu, now says Ram himself broke Ram Sethu built by himself. This shows government'sjehadi mentality to first speak a lie, then distract and then attack. Hindus must wake up to such worst-ever cruelest jehadi attacks on all Hindu places and Hindu dharma before it is too late,? he said.
In a statement issued in New Delhi on July 24, Dr Togadia further said: ?This government has the most dangerous anti-Hindu virus in its head. It is not just the Rameshwaram Ram Sethu this government wants to break, but all Hindu places and to finish Hindu dharma. They snatched Shri Amarnath land, they ordered Jyotirlingam Tryambakeshwar to stop puja, they have been giving self-contradictory statements about Sri Ram not just in media and in public but also in the highest court. This is the dirtiest and cruelest game of the government to finish Hindus.?
?Yesterday a youth sacrificed his life for Lord Shiva in Jammu. Few years back many youth sacrificed for Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. If now the government speaks any more insulting words against Rameshwaram Ram Sethu, Amarnath or any of the Hindu places, there are millions of Hindu youths ready to protect Hindus, Hindu worship places and Hindu dharma democratically. Government must stop all these anti-Hindu deeds, misleading the country and the media immediately,? he added.
He said everyday there are 3-4 jehadi attacks in Kashmir where minimum 10 people including children, army men die. ?Government has no time to stop it but has all time to break Ram Sethu and grab Amarnath land. Hindu pious month Shravan has begun. Millions of devotees are on the streets and in the temples. Government must not instigate them,? he added.
