VSK, Patna

Durga Puja and Chath Puja are two major festivals of Bihar. Both the festivals were recently participated in by people drawn from all over the state. The RSS Swayamsevaks did their best to ensure that the festivals concluded peacefully. Choti Patan Devi is famous as Jagrat Pitha. The temple is situated in a narrow lane. Devotees have to face many problems, the prime one being safety of their shoes and slippers. Nagar Sewa Pramukh of Shri Guru Gobind Nagar convened a meeting in which it was decided to start a free shoe-stand. The Swayamsevaks worked round the clock for the purpose during the Durga Puja.
