New Delhi: Social media influencer Faizan Ansari has filed a formal police complaint against Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke, accusing him of orchestrating violent attacks against him through his supporters and demanding his immediate arrest.
Submitting a written complaint to the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in Delhi on August 4, 2026, Ansari alleged that he possesses evidence linking Dipke’s associates to assaults carried out against him in Pune and Aurangabad, where criminal cases have already been registered.
Speaking to media after filing the complaint, Ansari said he wanted the Delhi Police to take immediate action against the CJP founder. “Today, I have filed a written complaint against Abhijeet Dipke, the founder of the CJP party, with the Delhi DCP, because I have proof that his men attacked me. I was attacked in Pune and in Aurangabad. There are already two cases filed on that,” Ansari said.

Ansari urged the Delhi Police to arrest Dipke without delay, claiming that the attacks against him were not isolated incidents but part of a coordinated effort by individuals allegedly associated with the CJP founder. “I want the Delhi Police to immediately arrest Dipke,” he stated, insisting that his complaint is backed by evidence.
During his interaction with the media, Ansari also praised the Delhi Police and the Delhi government for their handling of recent protests in the national capital.
He lauded Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and the police for detaining activist Sonam Wangchuk, claiming that the action prevented law and order from deteriorating. “Moreover, I salute the Delhi CM and the police for detaining Sonam Wangchuk at the right time, due to which the atmosphere in Delhi was saved from deteriorating,” Ansari said.
He further accused Dipke of pursuing personal interests rather than any public cause. “Dipke is doing everything for his own benefit,” he alleged.
The complaint has added another layer of controversy around Abhijeet Dipke, a former Aam Aadmi Party functionary who later founded the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP).
Dipke had recently come into the national spotlight after spearheading protests in New Delhi demanding the resignation of former Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. His protests and political campaigns have frequently attracted media attention and sparked political debate.
Ansari’s complaint now seeks to bring criminal allegations against the CJP founder into the spotlight, alleging that supporters linked to Dipke were responsible for violent attacks against him in Maharashtra.
