In yet another case of Love Jihad, a minor Hindu girl has registered a complaint against one Danish Mohammad who pretended to be Deepak Kumar. Deepak also forced the minor into a physical relationship on the pretext of marriage. While donning a Hindu identity, Dilshan used to wear ‘kalawa’ and ’tilak’ every day.
In the following days, when the minor learned about his true identity, she confronted him and tried calling off all the ties. Then the accused began intimidating and torturing her on a daily basis. Fed up with the repeated torture, the girl went to the Trans Yamuna Police station and registered a complaint against the accused.
The minor is a native of the Trans Yamuna police station area and she met the accused almost four years ago who is from the Islam Nagar area. The accused used to follow her saying he was in love with her, he introduced himself as Deepak. The minor fell into the trap of the accused and accepted the proposal.
In the guise of a love relationship, the accused brought the minor to his place and engaged in a physical relationship with her multiple times. When the minor finally learned that the man she has been seeing for the past years is not Deepak but Dilshan instead, she confronted him and called off all ties with him.
Dilshan on the other hand, claimed that the minor would have never accepted his love knowing his true identity. He promised they would move to another city after their marriage and his religious identity will never pose any threat to her. The minor believed him and accepted his apologies.

Following this revelation, Dilshan continued to make a physical relationship with the minor, he also videotaped the sexual activities on his phone. When the girl’s family members fixed her marriage with another man which she informed the accused, he asked her for elopement. Dilshan asked the minor to bring cash from her house and elope with him.
She did the same and gave the money to him, he assured her he would buy tickets to Delhi, however, he never returned.
Troubled by his actions, she ended their relationship and decided to wed the man of her family’s choice after which preparations commenced for their nuptials.
When the accused learned about this he called her one day and began threatening her. He warned that if she left him and married another man, he would make her explicit video viral on social media and defame her. Hence, the girl reported him to the authorities and a case was initiated against him and he was apprehended as a result. The matter is now under inquiry.
