The forum aims to establish alternative socioeconomic frameworks that target real poverty alleviation, representative democracy, and fair wealth distribution.

Over the next two days, the summit will drive high-level dialogue across four key structural task forces:

Human-Centric Technology: Creating governance models for the responsible, ethical adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the workplace.

Skills for the Future: Re-skilling the global workforce through robust public-private-union tripartite partnerships.

Women and the Future of Work: Eliminating gender gaps, ensuring equal wage rights, and driving inclusion across emerging industrial tracks.

The forum is also slated to discuss economic models, including the strategic development to foster a more balanced and representation.

The summit bridges local grassroots action with global policy advocacy. Organised actively by the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), the initial assembly welcomed over 50 international delegates alongside 70 national trade union representatives, academics, and labour experts.
