India is witnessing an unprecedented wave of environmental stewardship with its largest-ever public-driven afforestation initiative under the banner “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam”. In this financial year alone, an astonishing 113 crore trees have been planted across the country, marking a historic moment in India’s journey toward a greener and more sustainable future.

This initiative is not just about planting trees; it represents a civilisational shift toward environmental responsibility, inspiring every citizen to take part in creating a healthier planet.
