Kerala Governor Rajendra Viswanath Arlekar said in Thiruvananthapuram that those who attempt to break and destroy Bharat target our culture. “Many attempts are taking place against Bharat these days. Some countries, voluntary organisations, institutions and certain individuals are working against Bharat. We cannot take it for granted and sit back thinking that none can break us. Every countryman should consider what best can be done to counter these attempts.”
The Governor was speaking on July 31, while releasing Thakarkkappedunna India, the Malayalam translation of ‘Breaking India: Western Interventions in Dravidian and Dalit Fault Lines’, authored by Rajiv Malhotra and Kanyakumari native Aravindan Neelakandan. Rajeev Malhotra is a US citizen of Bharatiya origin. The Governor added that it is the duty of every individual to protect Sanatana Dharma. “There are attempts from both within and outside to break our culture. Society must remain vigilant against this,” he warned.
Rajiv Malhotra noted that Bharat still faces the issue of caste divisions. Delivering the keynote address, he said that several past rulers tried to divide society in order to rule. “Even today, enemies within the country and abroad are strong, and they are gaining strength day by day,” he said. He admitted facing severe criticism for authoring Breaking India, but asserted that the attacks could not intimidate him and that he continues his work with renewed vigour.
Hari S. Kartha, Dr Bharat Sreenivasan, Dr T.P. Sreenivasan, Rajiv Malhotra, Sreejith Panicker, Sarat Menon and Raveendran also spoke on the occasion.
Speaking about the books, speakers shared that these two researchers, through this book, exposed shocking information about large-scale projects that seek to deepen societal divisions and disintegrate this great nation. Crores of dollars and the manpower of hundreds of researchers in Western universities are being used for these sinister agendas. These are long-term projects. Several well-known academicians in Bharat and abroad, along with social workers and NGOs, are involved. The book presents a substantial body of evidence and data. It illustrates how the religious conversion mafia, Dravidian politics, Aryan Invasion Theory and others work in tandem to destabilise the country. Tamil, Kannada and Hindi translations of the book were published in a short span, underscoring the seriousness of the subject.
Following the release, a panel discussion was held on the book, featuring Rajiv Malhotra, Sreejith Panicker, Raveendran and Rajeev Sreenivasan.
