The discussions in the meeting will include field experiences, challenges faced, and the solutions adopted in different prants. Special emphasis will be placed on reviewing how effectively the Sangh’s work is operating at the grassroots level.

They baithak will also discuss ideological and strategic direction, especially on strengthening Sangh’s intellectual (baudhik) and physical (sharirik) disciplines.

Review of Sangh’s Shikshan Vargs and Organisational Training

“This year, the Sangh successfully conducted 100 shikshan vargs (training camps), with 75 of them catering to youth below the age of 40. The remaining 25 were attended by swayamsevaks in the 40–60 age group. These vargs are attended once in a lifetime, play a pivotal role in preparing dedicated karyakartas for sangh’s work”, he informed.

“Each of these vargs will be reviewed during the Baithak, with feedback on the training received across various vibhags. Discussions will be held on Sewa Vibhag like for instance, during a recent airplane crash in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where swayamsevaks swiftly mobilised and rendered aid, a reflection of such trainings are received during such vargs. Detailed statistics and impact reports from these camps will be presented”, he said.

Coordination with Inspired Organisations

The Baithak will also be attended by sangathan mantris of 32 RSS inspired organisations. Discussions will be held regarding their respective karyalayas and coordination strategies, he informed.

The key focus of the Baithak is the planning and implementation of events for the upcoming Shatabdi Varsh (Centenary Year). In March, all prants were asked to draft their centenary action plans. These plans will now be reviewed and refined during the three-day meeting. The Shatabdi Varsh celebrations will formally begin on Vijayadashami, October 2, 2025, with a major programme In Nagpur by Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat. Over the next year, the Sangh will organise Hindu Sammelans in all bastis and khands levels across the country.
“The Centenary Year is not just a celebration. It is a time to intensify our desh sewa (national service). The Sangh has initiated Panch Parivartan (Five Transformations) to ensure mass participation in national reconstruction,” he explained.

“A lecture series will be organised in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. In this, Dr Bhagwat will speak on a wide range of issues, articulating the RSS viewpoint on subjects of national and social importance. Influential and eminent personalities from all walks of life will attend the three-day event”, he said.

This lecture series is modelled along the lines of the 2018 event titled ‘Future of Bharat: An RSS Perspective’.

Mass Contact and Samajik Sadbhav Initiatives

As part of the year-long centenary year celebrations, a Grah Sampark Abhiyan will be launched in November 2025. For 21 days, swayamsevaks from every shakha will go door-to-door with literature and information about Sangh’s work, engaging with society directly, Sunil Ambekar informed.

In addition, Samajik Sadbhav Baithaks will be conducted across the nation to foster harmony among different communities. These will be organised at both khand and nagar levels with the objective of eliminating mutual misconceptions and building a unified national spirit.

Outreach and Youth Engagement

Following Vijayadashami, a series of Pramukh Nagrik Ghosthis (Meetings with Prominent Citizens) will be organised in every district. These events will host intellectuals, professionals, and thought leaders to discuss Bharat’s journey forward and society’s role in it.

Special outreach programmes targeting the youth will also be held at the district level to enhance their engagement with Sangh’s work and values. Each Prant has already begun planning youth-centric initiatives, which will be finalised in the Baithak.

“An encouraging trend is the growing interest among the youth to understand and join the Sangh. Since March 2025, around 28,571 individuals have registered their names on Join RSS, expressing curiosity and willingness to be associated with the Sangh’s work”, Sunil Ambekar said.

“Sangh’s foundation itself was laid with the help of youth, Dr Hedgewar was accompanied by young people when he started the RSS,” he said.

Reacting to a question by media, on Caste-based Census, he said, “The Sangh’s priority is samajik sadbhav (social harmony).”

On Priyank Kharge’s remarks on RSS, he said, “Sangh is a social organisation and has always worked for upliftment of Bharat. We continue to do our work, and people recognise this”.

On Election Commission’s Special Revision in Bihar, he said, “Every time an election approaches, the Election Commission follows its constitutional process of voter list revision including additions and removals. This is a routine constitutional practice,” he clarified.

On Dattatreya Hosabale’s comment on that the word ‘Socialist’ and ‘Secular’ were added to the preamble during emergency when there was no functionary parliament and democracy in the country, he said, “Datta ji’s remarks are crystal clear. The emergency period 50 years ago saw atrocities that should never be forgotten. There should be debates on this.”

In conclusion, Sunil Ambekar reiterated that “RSS is a samajik sangathan, not a political entity. That is why the Sangh is growing nationwide reaching every corner and strengthening grassroots work. All Sangh-affiliated organisations are running swaavalambi (self-reliance) programmes for youth. These initiatives are progressing well.”

The baithak venue is ‘Keshav Kunj’ RSS Karyalaya in Delhi. All Prant Pracharaks, Sah-Prant Pracharaks, Kshetra pracharaks, Sah kshetra pracharaks will be attending this meeting.

As per the RSS organisational structure, there are a total of 11 regions and 46 prants. Akhil Bharatiya Sangathan Mantris (national-level organising secretaries) of RSS-inspired different organisations will also attend this meeting. After the March 2025 Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha (ABPS), different level training camps (Sangh Shiksha Varg) were organised across the country in April, May, and June. This is regarded as an important meeting to discuss the implementation plan for the upcoming year.

The agenda for this meet mainly includes reports and reviews of the recently concluded RSS training camps, execution details about the upcoming year-long RSS centenary year programmes, tour plans of Sarsanghchalak Ji for the year 2025-26, and other events. The RSS centenary year (2025-26) programmes begin from Vijayadashami, which falls on October 2, 2025, and will continue till next year’s Vijayadashami, 2026.

This baithak will also be attended by Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale, all Sah-Sarkaryavahs including Dr. Krishnagopal, CR Mukund, Arun Kumar, Shri Ramdutt, Atul Limaye, and Alok Kumar, all national-level Karya Vibhag Pramukhs, and other executive council members.
