A shocking case of abuse has surfaced in the district, where a man allegedly orchestrated the sexual assault of his wife by his friends and used video recordings of the acts for his personal gratification. The accused, identified as Akeel, is an automobile mechanic based in Saudi Arabia.

Akeel married the victim in 2010, and the couple has four children. According to the victim’s complaint, Akeel would visit her in India once or twice a year but has not been home for the past three years. Despite this physical distance, his involvement in the alleged abuse persisted through his friends, who continued the heinous acts in his absence.

In her statement to the police, the victim detailed how her ordeal began when her husband last visited her three years ago. During this visit, Akeel reportedly allowed his friends to sexually assault her. Following his return to Saudi Arabia, his friends continued the assaults, allegedly paying Akeel for access to her.

To compound the trauma, the victim revealed that Akeel demanded his friends record videos of the assaults and send them to him. He would then watch these videos while abroad. When confronted by his wife, Akeel reportedly threatened to divorce her, leaving her with no choice but to silently endure the abuse.

The victim further stated that her husband’s friends threatened to leak the explicit videos if she informed anyone about the abuse. Despite her attempts to seek help from Akeel’s family, they allegedly dismissed her plight, leaving her isolated and vulnerable.

The victim’s brother disclosed that the family only learned of her suffering after a recent argument between her and Akeel during his visit. It was then that she finally confided in them about the three years of abuse she had endured.

The 35-year-old victim, who is one month pregnant, approached Bulandshahr SSP Shlok Kumar to file a formal complaint. The police have registered a case under relevant sections of the law and have assured a thorough investigation into the matter.

Speaking to the media, SSP Shlok Kumar confirmed the registration of the case and stated, “We are taking this matter very seriously. The accused individuals will face strict legal action, and justice will be ensured for the victim.”

The incident has sparked outrage on social media, with many calling for stringent punishment for the accused.
