This pollution can lead to health issues, particularly respiratory problems. Ayurveda, with its holistic approach, offers various remedies to combat the adverse effects of pollution during this festive season. Here are some effective Ayurvedic strategies to help you and your family stay healthy and breathe easy during Deepawali.

Understanding the Impact of Pollution

During Deepawali, the air quality often deteriorates significantly, leading to an increase in respiratory ailments, allergies, and skin irritations. Amla (Indian Gooseberry)
