Previous complaints from female students about Siddiqui’s behaviour were dismissed due to insufficient evidence. However, the coaching centre director, Ashish Srivastava, took action after receiving a pen drive containing the incriminating video.

Srivastava filed a complaint at Kakadev Police Station, resulting in the registration of a molestation case against Siddiqui, who has since been arrested.

According to reports, when filing the complaint, the coaching centre director discovered an envelope addressed to him outside his I&I coaching centre two days ago.

According to Mahesh Kumar, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central), further investigation and legal action are underway.
