Samalkha: The three-day workers conference organised by the Akhil Bhartiye Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram (ABVKA) was inaugurated on September 20 at Seva Sadhana and Gram Vikas Kendra, Samalkha, Haryana by the famous Bhagwat Kathakar of Gujarat, Ramesh Bhai Ojha.

On this occasion, Ramesh Bhai, while addressing the representatives, called up upon sants to reach out to the interior of forest regions and interact with communities with storytelling, i.e. kathas-pravachan. He cautioned, that if it is not done, someone else will reach there and the situation will result in conversion, and this situation challenges the national integrity.

He also said that life should be lived in partnership. There are three messages in Bhagwat – how should humans behave with other human beings, how should he behave with the entire universe and with nature. These three actions take the yagya of man to heights which are helpful in the welfare of the society and nation building.

In the beginning of the conference, the tribal women from Sikkim presented the Buddha prayer.

Sharing the stage on the occasion of inauguration, RSS Sah -Sarkaryavah Ramdatt said that after 3 years, Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram is going to complete 75 years, all of us workers should take a resolution from here that we should expand our work among those tribes where we do not have any work.

Tribal representatives and workers from all the states of the country including Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, Purvanchal and South Indian states were present at the inauguration of the conference.
