Today (July 13) marked the inauguration of the All India “Prant Pracharak Baithak” of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The meeting, which began today, is scheduled to continue until 6 PM on July 14, bringing together key leaders and officials from across the organisation.

Led by Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat and Honorable Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale, the gathering includes joint Sarkaryavahs, Prant Pracharaks representing various states, joint Prant Pracharaks, Kshetra Pracharaks, joint Kshetra Pracharaks, and national officials from diverse departments and ministries associated with RSS-inspired organisations.

The primary agenda of this year’s Baithak encompasses a comprehensive review and strategic planning across several key areas:

Educational and Worker Development Classes: The meeting will assess the progress made in the Sangh’s educational programs and initiatives aimed at developing its cadre of workers. Discussions will focus on refining existing training modules and exploring new avenues for skill enhancement.

Expansion Plans for Sangh Centenary: With the centenary celebrations of the RSS approaching, the Baithak will deliberate on expansive plans to mark this milestone. Strategies for reaching out to new demographics, expanding organisational presence, and enhancing outreach efforts are set to be explored.

Exchange of Experiences on Social Change: Leaders will share their experiences and insights on five key subjects related to social change. These discussions are expected to delve into areas such as community engagement, social welfare initiatives, and the role of RSS in fostering societal cohesion.

Current Context and Strategic Direction: Against the backdrop of current socio-political developments, the Baithak will also analyse the present landscape and chart a strategic course for the organisation. This includes aligning RSS’s activities with contemporary challenges and opportunities.
