While these reports have surfaced, agencies have yet to provide official confirmation. Notably, Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead on May 29, 2022, in Jawaharke village, Mansa, Punjab, and Goldy Brar claimed responsibility for his murder.
The Dalla Lakhbir gang is run by Arshdeep Singh, also known as Arsh Dalla, and Lakhbir Singh Sandhu, alias Landa. Its notorious members have been operating from Canadian soil and carry out criminal activities in India.
Arsh Dalla is a native of Moga, Punjab, and an affiliate of KTF chief Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Nijjar was also shot and killed in a parking lot in suburban Vancouver last year.

Notably, Arsh Dalla was involved in various terror-related incidents in Punjab; his criminal network has been dismantled by Punjab police, leading to the seizure of explosives and weapons over the past few years.
The Union Home Ministry and Interpol have flagged Dalla as a significant threat, with international law enforcement agencies actively pursuing him.
His associate Landa, originally from Harike, Tarn Taran, has evaded authorities and lives in Edmonton, Canada. The NIA has placed a substantial reward on Landa’s capture, linking him to multiple criminal acts, including the RPG attack on the Punjab Police’s intelligence headquarters in Mohali.
As investigations unfold into the alleged Goldy Brar killing case, the hunt for members of the Dalla Lakhbir gang will now intensify many more chapters in the Sidhu Moosewala murder and other criminal activities in Punjab.
