Delhi Transport Minister and AAP leader Kailash Gahlot was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Sunday regarding the liquor policy case. This development followed the arrest of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by the probe agency on March 21 in the same case.

The investigative agency alleges that Gahlot permitted then AAP communication in-charge Vijay Nair to utilize his official residence during the drafting of the liquor policy.
Previously, the ED accused Gahlot of frequently changing his mobile numbers.
Kejriwal, who was arrested in connection with the liquor policy case, is currently in ED custody until April 28. Earlier, a Delhi court had remanded Kejriwal to ED custody until March 28, which was subsequently extended.
