Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak, Dr Mohan Bhagwat, embarked on a significant four-day tour to Bihar, commencing today. Dr. Bhagwat’s visit holds paramount importance as he is slated to review the strategic plans for the upcoming centenary year celebrations of the Sangh’s establishment. The revered leader will be stationed in Patna from February 29 to March 3, 2024, engaging in crucial discussions and addressing the dedicated volunteers of the Patna metropolis.

The centenary year of the RSS, founded on the auspicious day of Vijayadashami in 1925 in Nagpur, marks a historic milestone for the organisation. As the centennial year approaches, the RSS aims to establish its presence in every block, amplifying its grassroots reach and influence. Dr. Bhagwat’s visit to Patna underscores the commitment of the Sangh towards this ambitious goal, aligning its operations with the ethos of inclusivity and expansion.

During his tenure in Patna, Dr Mohan Bhagwat will engage in comprehensive deliberations with the recently elected office-bearers of the RSS. These discussions will revolve around delineating the strategic roadmap for the next three years, setting ambitious targets, and meticulously reviewing the accomplishments of the preceding triennium. The exchange of ideas and insights between Dr. Bhagwat and the office-bearers will undoubtedly shape the future trajectory of the RSS, fostering resilience and adaptability in a dynamic socio-political landscape.

Furthermore, on March 3, 2024, Dr Mohan Bhagwat will address the volunteers of the Patna metropolis, galvanising their spirits and reaffirming the core values of the RSS. His discourse is expected to inspire a renewed sense of dedication and purpose among the volunteers, consolidating their resolve to uphold the principles of selfless service and societal welfare.

This isn’t the first time Dr. Mohan Bhagwat has graced Bihar with his presence. In December of the previous year, he embarked on a three-day tour, commencing from Patna and culminating in Bhagalpur. During his visit, Dr. Bhagwat had the privilege of meeting esteemed sages and saints at the Maharshi Menhi Ashram, fostering meaningful dialogues and fostering camaraderie. Additionally, he unveiled the thought-provoking film “Ek Vichar” at the ashram, furthering the dissemination of intellectual discourse and ideological exchange.

The security arrangements for Dr Bhagwat’s visit underscore the paramount importance accorded to his safety and well-being. His previous visit witnessed meticulous planning and execution of security protocols, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for the revered leader and the attendees.

In a testament to the enduring relationship between Dr. Bhagwat and Bihar, the RSS Sarsanghchalak had graced Bhagalpur with his presence in February of the preceding year as well. His participation in the inauguration ceremony of Guru Niwas at the Maharishi Ashram exemplified his unwavering support for initiatives aimed at spiritual upliftment and societal harmony.

As Dr Mohan Bhagwat embarks on yet another transformative journey to Bihar, the echoes of his wisdom and vision resonate across the heartland, infusing vigour and vitality into the fabric of the RSS. His steadfast commitment to the ideals of nation-building and societal rejuvenation serves as a beacon of hope and inspiration for countless volunteers and well-wishers across the nation.
