The 69th National Conference of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad commenced with the grand welcome of the ‘Hindavi Swarajya Yatra,’ covering 2000 km and concluding on December 7 in Delhi. Following this, the Duttaji Didolkar Exhibition was inaugurated by Former National President Dr. Rajkumar Bhatia. In the evening, a Flag Hoisting ceremony set a record with 150 visually impaired students standing in a tricolour shape, accompanied by 8500 students singing Vande Mataram in the presence of ABVP National President Dr. Rajsharan Shahi and ABVP National General Secretary Yagyawalkya Shukla.

The ‘Hindavi Swarajya Yatra,’ commemorating the 350th anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Coronation, started on November 28. It received a grand welcome at the tent city named Indraprastha Nagar at DDA ground, Burari, New Delhi. Dr. Rajkumar Bhatia, former ABVP National President, inaugurated the Duttaji Didolkar Exhibition, showcasing 8 compelling themes and 9 sections with over 160 handcrafted paintings by 150 fine arts students under the Internship launched by Rashtriya Kalamanch.

At the Flag Hoisting ceremony, 150 visually impaired students stood in a tricolour shape alongside 8500 students from various regions across Bharat, representing their states. They collectively sang Vande Mataram, setting a historic record for the largest rendition in the history of ABVP conferences.

ABVP National General Secretary Shri Yagywalkya Shukla stated, “The exhibition not only pays tribute to Dattaji’s dedication to national upliftment but also showcases ABVP’s achievements of 75 years, embodying the vision of Mini Bharat. In this 69th ABVP National Conference, a confluence of young minds from all over the country has come together to commemorate significant moments of Bhartiya heritage through various mediums like Hindavi Swarajya Yatra, Shobha Yatra, Khula Adhiveshan, among other events taking place in this four-day conference.”
