In what can be called a case exposing Islamic fanaticism and how Islamists are filled with pure kaffir hate, a shocking rape incident came to light in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad district. Here, a woman gets raped by Islamists just for being Hindu and her friends get mercy for being Muslims. The accused, Junaid, and four others have been arrested by the police following an encounter on December 2. Notably, one of the arrested accused has links to the couple this victim was hanging out with and that is why the police teams are investigating their involvement in this case. As per the reports, throughout the period, the couple was standing there and did nothing to protect the victim.

A First Information Report (FIR number 682/2023) in this case was registered at the Tronica City police station of the Ghaziabad district on November 30 by the victim woman, who is 23 years old and is a native of Delhi.

According to the police statement, the complainant, in her account, mentioned that one of her female colleagues from Delhi, who works with her at the same toy factory, had brought a new scooter just four days before the incident. In order to learn how to ride the scooter, this woman invited her boyfriend, and the three of them headed to a secluded area in Ghaziabad.

Subsequently, three unidentified individuals approached them in that location and gang-raped the woman in a coordinated manner.

“They ran towards me and caught me before I could understand anything. When I tried to resist and raise an alarm, they took me behind the bushes. The three took turns to rape me. I shouted, but no one came to my rescue,” the woman said in her complaint.

Shockingly, the woman and her boyfriend were present during the entire incident, and they reported no signs of resistance or struggle. Acting on her account, the police charged all three suspects and filed a case against them.

The victim also underwent a detailed medical test. During the investigation, the woman identified one of the accused, who had a picture with the boyfriend of her friend. Later, the police launched a hunt and arrested all three accused.

The accused, identified as Junaid, a resident of Khanpur, fired at a police team after he was asked to stop near a forest area in his village. When the cops retaliated, he was hit in the leg.

As per the reports, while the couple went for a ride, the victim woman waited by the deserted road, scrolling through her phone screen.

Junaid and two others first stopped the couple who were riding the scooter at a distance. They accused the two of getting too intimate by the road and allegedly beat them up. After the attackers got to know that the couple belonged to Islam, they turned their attention to the other woman, who was a Hindu and waiting a few metres away.

The miscreants fled after they saw a car coming towards them. The woman returned home with her friends and narrated her ordeal to her parents.

According to police sources, there were five men in the group. While three allegedly raped the woman, the two others overpowered her friends and kept a watch on the road.

DCP (rural) Vivek Yadav said police lodged an FIR under Section 376D (gang rape) of the IPC and started scanning CCTV footage to identify the accused.

“The woman was shown a few video clips and she identified some of the accused. On Sunday evening, we received a tip-off about Junaid and sent a police team to a forested area in his village. Seeing the cops, he fired a few shots at them and started to run. When the police team fired back, he was hit in the leg. He was taken to a hospital for treatment and is stable now,” Yadav told media.

On December 4, the Ghaziabad police shared a press note stating that, following the victim’s complaint at the police station, they arrested one of the accused, identified as Imran, following an encounter, and he sustained a wound in his leg. A day before, they arrested the prime accused, Junaid, following a similar encounter and also recovered a gun from him.
