Design and R & D Lab: 2500 sq ft area of research and development department has integrated with Design Lab, 3D Printing Lab, PCB Prototyping electronics LAB, FRP Development LAB, software & programming LAB.
85 Per Cent In-house Production: Club First Robotics has its own multi-level manufacturing facility including electronics PCB controller manufacturing, CNC, cutting, welding section, bending section, FRP Body manufacturing section, Paint Booth & Packaging Section.
95 Per Cent Indigenous Components: Club First Robotics is lined with ‘Make In India’. Therefore, most of the components have been developed in house, while the rest have been outsourced from Indian manufacturers. Only a few components are imported from other countries.

Development of SONA™ Service Robot
The team of Club First Robotics believes in “serving the nation”. At the time when the world was gripped by COVID-19 pandemic, Club First Robotics developed SONA™ 2.5 Robot Nurse. For the first time in the world, robot SONA 2.5 started serving food, medicines and essentials to patients and XENA™ ELI was used for thermal screening. The 24 hrs seamless work of SONA™ 2.5 Robot made a new tech line for Indian robotics in the world. More than 40 robots have been deployed in various hospitals in Gujarat. Most of the CSR including L&T hydrocarbon Engineering, Larsen & Toubro Limited, JUVNL, GETCO, DGVCL & IOCL came forward to donate robot nurses in various hospitals. The Gujarat CSR Authority played the main role as implementing agency toward this unique and tech initiative against the pandemic.
Defence, Fire Fighting & Riot Control
XENA™ 5.0 ATR Robot is the most powerful and all-terrain robotic platform which is utilised for multiple applications in defence, fire fighting and riot control. It is a platform with payload capacity of 300 kg and pulling capacity of 11 tons. In defence applications, robots can be mounted with weapons and robotics arms. In firefighting applications, robots can be mounted with a fire water cannon. Thermal camera fitted robot can transmit and capture real time thermal images.
Sona 3.5 AI Humanoid Robot
This is an AI-enabled AI humanoid robot of Sona Series of Robots. This robot works as receptionist, meets and greets, customer engagement, takes feedback and complaints F&Q. Facial recognitions can greet customer wise interactions. Robots can be used in receptions and showrooms.
Over the last few years, the number of deaths while workers were cleaning sewers, manholes and septic tanks have increased. In fact, 2019 saw the maximum number of deaths in the past five years. The officials claim that 110 workers were killed while cleaning sewer lines and septic tanks across the country. In 2018, the number of fatalities was 68. This is nauseating because the number of deaths has increased despite the Union Government enacting a law for the protection of scavengers in 2013. The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act has put to end the practice of any form of manual cleaning, carrying, disposing of or handling of human waste.
