Elvish Yadav, a YouTuber and the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, released a video on his YouTube channel on Saturday (November 4th), announcing his intention to file a defamation case against Maneka Gandhi.

It is worth noting that the BJP MP had called for the social media influencer’s arrest in connection with a rave party bust case allegedly involving the supply of snake venom.

In the video, Elvish Yadav stated, “I have been accused by Maneka Gandhi ji, who referred to me as the head of the snake supplier. I will pursue a defamation case against her. I will not let this go. I am now actively involved in addressing these matters. Previously, I thought I didn’t want to waste my time, but now my reputation is at stake.”

Elvish Yadav also emphasized, “For those who are watching, please refrain from passing judgment based on this. Kindly wait. Once the police investigation commences, I will share the main video and reveal everything. I say this with absolute confidence. A press statement will also be issued affirming that Elvish Yadav had no involvement in this case. Please watch that and spread the word.”

Earlier, on Friday (November 3rd), Elvish Yadav had addressed the case, asserting that the accusations against him are groundless and lack any substantial evidence. He stated, “I woke up in the morning and observed how false news about me was being circulated in the media. All the allegations made against me are unfounded, fabricated, and contain not even a trace of truth.”

The winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish Yadav, strongly criticized Maneka Gandhi, insisting that she should be prepared to issue an apology for the unfounded allegations leveled against him.

Elvish Yadav faced allegations of providing snake venom for use in rave parties. Former Union Minister and BJP MP Maneka Gandhi called for Elvish Yadav’s arrest in connection with the Rave Party busting case. She disclosed that her NGO had been monitoring Elvish Yadav for some time due to his inclusion of poisonous snakes in his videos.

On November 3rd, the Noida police registered an FIR against Elvish Yadav for purportedly supplying snake venom to rave parties in Noida. The Drugs Department, Forest Department, and Noida Police collaborated in cracking down on the event, leading to the arrest of five individuals identified as Jaikaran, Rahul, Titunath, Narayan, and Ravinath. The report also mentions unidentified individuals.

The arrested individuals are said to be close associates of the social media personality, revealing that they used to procure snakes for his events. A video surfaced showing him interacting with and handling a snake. His involvement was brought to light during questioning. The group involved in the illegal procurement of snake poison was the focus of the raid, and they admitted that Elvish Yadav was part of their operation.

However, Elvish Yadav clarified that all the videos featuring him with snakes were recorded 5-6 months prior, specifically for shooting songs. He emphasized that he would pursue a defamation case against Maneka Gandhi.
