According to the police, the encounter took place at 10.30 pm on August 21. Nuh Crime Branch (CIA) Inspector Amit received information that one of the accused involved in the violence, Aamir, is hiding in the Aravalli hills near Tauru, the police initiated a resolute search operation to ensure justice is served..

Aamir is no stranger to criminal activities, with a Rs 25,000 reward placed on his capture, according to the police. His alleged criminal record includes approximately 100 incidents in the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR), with a focus on high-profile burglaries and robberies in prominent showrooms. Additionally, he is implicated in a murder case in Tauru. Authorities are intensifying their efforts to apprehend other individuals connected to the case who are suspected to be hiding within the Aravalli hills.

The encounter resulted in Aamir opening fire at the police, leading to retaliatory shots being fired. In the process, he sustained a gunshot wound to his leg, highlighting the gravity of the situation. This marks the second instance of a confrontation between the police and individuals linked to the communal violence case.

Addressing rumors circulating on social media about Bittu Bajrangi and Monu Manesar, both associated with Bajrang Dal and accused of making incendiary remarks that allegedly triggered the violence, the police clarified that Bittu Bajrangi is in custody while Monu Manesar’s involvement is under investigation. The police are yet to discover any evidence corroborating Monu Manesar’s presence at the scene during the violent events.

During the violence that occurred during the Brajmandal journey in Nuh, a total of 61 FIRs have been registered so far. Among these, 280 people have been arrested.
