Nuh Violence: The Quint’s Fatima agenda-driven report exposed on ‘Hindus attacked Hindu’—This is what Organiser found

While there are documented proofs that the attack on Hindu procession in Haryana's Nuh was planned and executed by Islamists, the leftist-media is trying to whitewash the crimes committed by the Muslims. In one such report, The Quint is alleged to have framed the victim's to speak against Hindu activists in order to meet their agenda

On July 31, the Brij Mandal Shobha Yatra organised by Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), Bajrang Dal, and Matrishakti Durgavahini was attacked by an Islamist mob in Haryana’s Nuh. The participants of the Yatra were attacked amidst chants of ‘Allah Hu Akbar’ leaving as many as four dead, including two civilians and two security personnel. As the violence spread to the nearby regions, two more civilians died, including a Muslim.

Soon after the visuals from the site emerged, with claims of an Islamist mob attacking a Hindu procession, the whole pro-left media began whitewashing the incident. They started naming the Gau Rakshak’s as the reason behind the violence. Some said Muslims were incited, provoked by the Hindu participants. Others said the Hindu rally turned violent, and Islamists retaliated. With videos, audio, and other documents(Organiser accessed 15 FIRs) available, the left propaganda is pretty much exposed.

Days after the violence, the propaganda website and mouthpiece of the left, ‘The Quint’ went to cover the incident on the ground. A video of the ground report was posted on their official Twitter handle on August 6. A report on the same was published on the website on August 2, the video was recorded on August 1. The report was done by a reporter named Fatima Khan, who covers politics, communalism, and social justice for The Quint.

Her interconnectivity between journalism and communalism will be under scrutiny in this article.

Before moving ahead, let us take you through the report by Fatima. Fatima went to Nuh and met some of the victims, who had their belongings charred and shops looted. She used chopped clips and half-baked truth, to meet her agenda, as the victim’s shared horrors from the day. What was common in all these victims was their claims saying, even after being Hindu, their shops were attacked and vehicles set ablaze by the participants of the Shobha Yatra.

The video of two men making similar claims is now viral on social media.

The video looked fishy; hence, Organiser investigated and called the victims, featured in the said video. The investigations lead us to some shocking revelations. One of the featured victims in the video by The Quint told, ‘I was asked to say that Hindus attacked my vehicle’. Others said, ‘I told the madam that a mob of 4,000-5,000 Muslims attacked the shop’. Others said, ‘The idol of Mata Durga is missing, no Hindu will steal an idol’ and much more.

What The Quint claimed

The video features a man from Sohna, identified as Shatrughan Shukla, owner of an automobile shop whose vehicle was set ablaze. In the video, he said, “I saw everything hiding from the room. Bajrang Dal men from the yatra came in and set my bike on fire. They also damaged one Scooty and one car. I was seeing everything, but I couldn’t come out because what can one man do in front of a crowd of a hundred? I was helpless,”

He added, there are shops of Muslims nearby and the attackers charred his vehicle, assuming it was of a Muslim. “I am a Shiv bhakt, but they still didn’t spare me. What can I say, that’s their mentality,” he added. (Watch the video here)

What Organiser found

Organiser is in possession of a video statement of Shukla where he can be seen saying that “Even my family members are part of Hindu organisations, how could they attack my shop? I was asked to say it on camera under the influence of compensation money.”

“I have not seen the attackers, the madam asked me, hence I said it on camera,” added Shukla.

What The Quit claimed

Fatima met another victim, who is an owner of a Dhabha in the Sohna area called  ‘Shankar Shambhu Hotel and Restaurant’. As per the video, the Dhaba was attacked by a Hindu mob. She quoted a worker from the dhaba, who was hiding inside, saying “it was people from the yatra with sticks who vandalised” the place.

What Organiser found

On August 9, Organiser called up the owner of the Dhaba, Praveen Saini who is the third generation of his family in this business. When asked who attacked his shop, he said, the Momedians. When told, a journalist is claiming his shop was attacked by Hindus from the Yatra he said, “Madam, Yatra to yahan se nikli hi nahi, attack kese karegi?”

Here is what Saini told Organiser

Correspondent: An interview with a worker from your shop is getting viral on the internet. It was taken by a reporter from The Quint named Fatima. In the video, the worker is saying people from Shobha Yatra attacked the Dhabha, is true?

Dhaba Owner: “Madam, Yatra yahan se nikli hi nahi hai (The procession did not pass by this area), when clashes broke out in the bypass area, we all closed our shops and rushed to our homes. The attack took place somewhere between 7 and 8, and those involved in the violence were Momedians from Javed Nagar, ITI and Raipur. There were no Hindus in it”.

Correspondent: What is missing from your shop?

Dhaba Owner: The Islamists took away LED TV, Murti of Mata Durga, cash, utensils like pressure cookers and other stuff, the attackers have even not spared water bottles, he added. No Hindu will steal the idol of Mata Durga. “After 8 pm, people from the nearby areas called and informed us about the attack in our shop, we could not come as they would have killed us,” he added.

Correspondent: Did they attack the temple in your shop?

Dhabha Owner: They attacked my shop because of the name, Shiv Shambhu. They took away all the idols placed outside the Dhaba. “There are shops of two Muslims adjoining my shop, they are standing intact, mine was attacked because of the poster of Bhole Baba. Ahead of these Muslim shops is the shop of Gauri Gupta, a friend of mine, his shop is attacked in a similar way,” he added.

By the end of the conversation, the owner asked Organiser to send the video of Fatima which is making rounds on the internet.

It is pertinent to mention that a video statement of the Dhabha worker is in possession of Organiser where he said, “I told Fatima about how a mob of 4,000-,5000 Muslim mobs attacked the Dhabha but did not show it.”

The Quint is known for its biased reporting. Earlier, they mentioned only the Muslim victim in its report, saying, “A total of five people have been reported dead in the state so far, including two home guards and two locals in Nuh and one Naib Imam in Gurugram’s Sector 57.”

After being called out on social media, The Quint’s report was updated to remove that sentence. Shockingly, the same report was done by Fatima Khan.

Notably, those who died in the violence include two cops, Neeraj Khan and Gursewak, who were instantly killed and at least two civilians, Pradeep Sharma and Abhishek Saini, sustained severe injuries. Both succumbed to their wounds later.

Two other civilians, Shakti Singh and Hafiz Saad, were killed by mobs in retaliatory violence that spilt into adjoining districts a few hours after. A mosque was also burnt.

This article breaks all the myths on how the left ecosystem propagates misinformation. After so much evidence all they are busy with is how to whitewash the role of Islamists in this attack. It should also be noted that the Haryana police have demolished the houses of as many as 25 Rohingya Muslims for their proven involvement in the violence.

As per a report by Hindustan Times, between 21 and 23 July, strategic meetings were held to decide on the plan to attack the procession. WhatsApp groups were formed to coordinate, people were designated leaders and assigned responsibilities, and stones were gathered and assembled.

Empty glass bottles of cold drink were also collected in large numbers. Those were meant to be thrown at the procession as well as filled with petrol to make petrol bombs.

More than 200 motorcycles were marked for use, and their number plates were painted black so that they would not be identified by police in any footage.

A crowd of 300 people were already in wait in the hills surrounding the Nalhar Mahadev temple with their weapons — primarily bottles and stones.

Organiser did a report featuring as many as 15 FIRs filed after the violence by locals and security personnel, in all those FIRs the accused were only Muslims. There were statements like the mob hurled ‘Allah Hu Akbar’ and ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans. Another said they encountered a bike with Rajasthan number plate. All of this, confirms that the attack was pre-planned to block the Hindu access in the Muslim-majority region of Mewat.
